Holladay Child Development Services, LLC (HCDS) is a privately owned company dedicated to providing highly effective best practice services with research-based teaching based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.  HCDS is made up of highly skilled behavior analysts, registered behavior technicians and student technicians with diverse experiences, education and professional training.

Our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT's) have a wide range of experience and education in ABA, social sciences, and special education.  Many of our RBT's are continuing education in Applied Behavior Analysis in order to sit for the certification exam for board certification as a BCaBA or BCBA.

Student Level Behavior Technicians: 
Our team of behavior technicians and student technicians have completed their Bachelors degree or are working on completion of their Bachelors degree and have a wide variety of experience in educational fields. Many of our behavior technicians are continuing education in Applied Behavior Analysis in order to sit for the certification training toward RBT credentials.
