Cancellation & Absence Policy

Expectations for timely pick-up, limiting late cancellations, as well as the consequences for repeated violations.

 

Late cancellation = Cancelling less than 24 hours before a scheduled session

 

Late pick-up = Arriving after the 5-min transition period at the end of the session

 

Each client is allowed a grace period of 3 incidents. After 3 late cancellations/pick-ups, we will either implement a late fee (see below) or adjust/reduce your child’s hours, at the discretion of the Director.

 

Minutes late > Fee

 

1-10 > $10

11-20 > $20

21-30 > $30

 

All late fees will be due 2 weeks from the date of the incident and may be paid via cash or check.

 

If repeated violations continue, we will schedule a meeting with you to discuss how we can adjust the schedule to better suit your family’s needs.

 

If a client goes 3 months without any violations, the grace period will reset.
